Friday, February 10, 2012 = Day 40 - Really?

Is it really day 40 of this experiment?  Just 325 more days of this.  It is going pretty fast.  This experiment does have its drawbacks however.  I'm keeping up with news on my phone for the most part but only on web pages and not in video format.  I found out some sad news just a few moments ago.  One of my favorite shows of ALL TIME is having it's series finale tonight. Of course I'm going to miss it.  Good Eats with Alton Brown has been one of the best things TV has to offer.  A bit corny at times but always a learning experience I must say that Mr. Brown is one of the most interesting fellows I've ever seen on TV.  His food knowledge is otherworldly.  I stand in awe of you Alton Brown.  You are one of my culinary heroes and I am indebted to you because of the inspiration you are.  Thanks for the memories!
