So I dropped 2 classes because of their interference with my work schedule and I added a couple.
I added Business Communication (an English Class) and The Politics of China. This will round out my semester along with Astronomy, and the Political Economy of Latin America. I still have lots of reading to do although I made a dent in it today.
Also took some time out for Church this evening and I was glad I did because I needed to hear what our pastor was talking about: discouragement. I usually have a bit of anxiety at the beginning of the semester as well as some discouragement but tonight as we listened I realized I just need to do my best for God and that everything else will fall into place in his timing. Even though I had tons of homework I really just wanted to hear from God and I did. So glad that he still speaks to us and helps us through the rough times. I feel more encouraged when I understand he is there to lead me and to help me. The key is that we can't give up. So, I'm not giving up. Just pressing onward and upward.
